We are a fully licensed and legally registered entity in the Republic of Indonesia, ensuring complete transparency and accountability.
- Legal Entity: We operate as a registered Perseroan Terbatas (PT), fully compliant with Indonesian company law.
- Tourism Business License (SIUP Pariwisata): We hold a valid, top-tier tour operator license issued by the Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy).
- Tax Identification (NPWP): We are a registered taxpayer (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak), contributing to the national economy and adhering to all fiscal regulations.
- IATA Accreditation: Our IATA (International Air Transport Association) number signifies our adherence to global standards for professional and financial competence in air travel services.
Transportation Safety Standards

- Marine Fleet: All our vessels, from private speedboats to chartered phinisi yachts, are registered and certified by the Indonesian Directorate General of Sea Transportation (Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut). They undergo regular inspections, carry SOLAS-grade safety equipment (life rafts, EPIRBs, flares), and are staffed by crews with internationally recognized certifications (e.g., Ahli Nautika Tingkat).
- Vehicle Fleet: Our fleet of modern, air-conditioned vehicles undergoes a rigorous daily inspection and regular preventative maintenance schedule. All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking, seatbelts for all passengers, and a comprehensive first-aid kit. Our drivers are professionally licensed and trained in defensive driving techniques.
- Aviation Partners: We only partner with air charter services that hold a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the Indonesian Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and demonstrate an impeccable safety record. We coordinate all flight plans with AirNav Indonesia for real-time monitoring.

- Comprehensive Insurance: All guests are covered by comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical evacuation. All our staff are covered by the national social security and health programs, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
- Certified Guides: All our lead guides are certified in Wilderness First Aid and CPR. Our marine guides hold Rescue Diver certifications as a minimum.
- Emergency Action Plan (EAP): We have a detailed EAP for a range of scenarios. This includes established protocols for medical emergencies, with clear lines of communication to international medical assistance providers for evacuation to top-tier hospitals in Jakarta, Singapore, or Darwin if required.
- 24/7 Operational Support: Our Ambon and Jakarta offices provide 24/7 logistical and emergency support, ensuring a direct line of communication is always available for our guests and on-the-ground teams.
